Aerobics Studio - 16m X 16m

This hall is used mainly for aerobics, dance classes, martial arts and table tennis and has a wooden sprung floor.

Athletics Track

The athletics track is available for use at any time except Tuesday and Thursday evenings which are Herts Phoenix Athletics Club training nights. Floodlighting has been installed, but to minimise light pollution this is only available at busy times subject to sufficient demand.

All-Weather Floodlit Astro-Turf

This full size pitch is available for 5-a-side football, full size football games and hockey matches. As the pitch is floodlit, it can be hired all year round up to 10.00 pm [except Sunday when It can be hired until dusk]. Please contact reception for availability if you require a regular booking.

Café And Catering

The Café will provide lunches, snacks etc. and will also cater for any event, large or small. The café can also cater for business lunches, conferences, dinner dances, parties etc. Opening times vary according to demand but vending machines are available at all times. Fitness Suite

Over 45 stations of the latest fitness equipment, supervised by friendly and qualified staff throughout the week.

Meeting Rooms

We have various meeting rooms available for hire to any club, organisation or individual. These rooms can be arranged and adapted to suit all needs and requirements. We can also arrange for your events to be catered for.

Old Charm Bar

This bar will be available to teams and clubs for after game socialising. This bar can also be hired for exclusive use for private functions and dinners.

Sports Hall 1 - South Halls 33m X 27.60 M

Archery, badminton, basketball, 5-a-side football, short tennis, short mat bowls and volleyball are just some of the activities catered for in the large hall. This hall may also be used for other non-sporting events. Tiered seating for 450 people for spectator events is also available.

Sports Hall 2 - North Halls 32m X 25m

As above but without spectator facilities.

Wadesmill Suite

This large room is an ideal room for anniversaries, birthday parties, conferences, dinner dances, meetings, social events and weddings. The suite can be divided according to requirements but can cater and is licensed for up to 500 people. The suite includes a large well stocked bar. We have experienced staff at Wodson Park who are happy to discuss and advise and to show you around the facilities. Sample menus are also available on request. We are very flexible and happy to fit in with your arrangements and can adapt our menus to suit taste and budget.

We are also able to offer use of a function room on a Friday evening to any non-profit making and community organisations wishing to hold an adult fund raising for a nominal fee of £40.00.
