The Old Charm Bar
is our Members’ Bar and is a great place to meet and socialise after a game, class or workout.

Open: Wednesday to Friday evenings 
          from 7.30pm – 11pm

it offers a wide selection of both alcoholic and soft drinks.


The Old Charm Bar is also available for exclusive hire for functions and dinners, being an ideal venue for small private dinner parties, buffets or pre-dinner reception drinks.

The Old Charm Bar - Design and Name

One of the UK’s leading oak furniture producers, Wood Brothers (Furniture) Ltd, is based in Ware.

They manufacture a range of traditional and contemporary handmade wood furniture, including their internationally renowned ‘Old Charm’ range of Tudor style oak reproduction furniture.


Wood Brothers’ cabinet-makers designed and built our Wodson Park bar, using their traditional skills in their trademark ‘Old Charm’ style.  

Hence our bar is called The Old Charm Bar.
