CEO and General Manager
Jan is passionate about encouraging and promoting physical activity for all.
In addition to her role at Wodson Park she is also the Chair of Active East Herts, the community sports network.
Jan enjoys running and canoeing and coaches in both sports.
Paula Shepherd
Accounts Manager
Paula has worked in the Leisure Sector for over 30 years.
She is a former squash player and professional coach who now enjoys spending time in the gym.
In her spare time Paula likes to walk her dog and going to the theatre.
Chloe Gilbert
Operations Manager (Programmes)
Chloe started her career as a Leisure Apprentice and progressed over the past nine years to her current role.
Chloe was a competitive swimmer and now coaches swimming in her spare time.
Liam Archer
Operations Manager (Facilities)
Liam has worked in the leisure sector for 15 years.
He is married with two daughters and his spare time is taken up with encouraging and supporting their sporting activities.
Katie Done
Functions Manager
Kate loves to help people organise their event. She goes the extra mile to make their event special.
In her spare time, Kate likes to walk her dog and go to the gym.
Debbie Smith
Chef
Debbie has worked in a wide variety of catering establishments during her career. She loves experimenting with food and trying new recipes.
In her spare time, Debbie enjoys crafting, especially making bespoke greeting cards.
