All / Everyone
Our Fitness instructors will suggest programmes to suit all abilities and levels of fitness;
1. Beginners
Suitable for those new to Fitness Classes;

Aerobics
TOTAL BODY HIIT / STRENGHT WORKOUT with Sarah
All Levels)
An energising, all over body workout, combining conditioning exercises to tone and shape the muscles.
BODY BLITZ with Hazel (All Levels)
If you don’t like too much complexity this is the class for you.
User friendly combinations, along with body conditioning exercises to finish – this is an effective and uplifting experience.
BOUNCE * with Claire (All Levels)
Performed on mini trampolines, this class makes exercise fun by focusing on choreographed moves whilst bouncing up, down and all around!
