We offer a wide variety of Wellbeing Classes, so whether you are:

- an expert; or
- something in-between;
A short description of each of the classes within our current Wellbeing Classes programme is listed below.
We’ve graded our Wellbeing Classes to help you to decide which class is right for you:

Our Wellbeing instructors will suggest programmes to suit all abilities.

Nordic Walking

Pilates
Belinda's class is mix of yoga and Pilates, suitable for everyone. The exercises works on:
- balance;
- flexibility; and
- core strength.
PILATES – BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATE with Becky
(All Levels)
Becky’s Pilates class is performed mainly on floor mats, to calming music.
This class is a combination of strength, flexibility, balance and concentration exercises to:
- improve your core stability – deep abdominal and back muscles;
- improve your posture - tone and endurance of your muscles; and
- reduce your stress and re-occurrences of back pain.
PILATES with Carllye (All Levels)
A class to improve core strength, flexibility and muscle tone.
