At Wodson Park, our friendly, experienced Fitness instructors provide high quality coaching and are dedicated to helping everyone experience the many health and lifestyle benefits of regular Fitness workouts.
Guide to our current Fitness Classes
We offer a wide variety of Fitness classes, so whether you are just starting out, an expert, or something in-between, we have a class for you!
A short description of each of the classes within our current Fitness Classes programme is listed below - we’ve graded our classes to help you to decide which class is right for you:

Our Fitness instructors will suggest programmes to suit all abilities and
levels of fitness

BELOW the BELT with Sharon (All Levels)
A session to tone all the essential bits below the waist using bands, steps and weights. Upper bodywork optional.
BODY BLITZ with Hazel (All Levels)
A mixture of high and low impact, easy to follow routines and toning exercises.

BODY BLITZ with Hazel (All Levels)
A mixture of high and low impact, easy to follow routines and toning exercises.
BOX FIT with Michelle (All Levels)
Fantastic upper body workout with lots of cardio work to improve stamina.
CONDITIONING with Sharon (All Levels)
A class suitable for all abilities; low impact aerobic exercise and conditioning with hand weights for all over body toning.
FIT CAMP with Mel (All Levels)
A unique outdoor fitness program that includes instruction, nutritional support and motivational training and is packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goal.
HALF and HALF with Hazel (All Levels)
Half and hour of strengthening Abbs and Back – nothing more nothing less.
LBT with Sharon (All Levels)
A class to tone all the essential bits below the waist. Upper bodywork optional.
PUMP IT UP with Sharon (All Levels)
A choreographed weights class for men and women to sculpt and shape the whole body.
THE MIXER with Jane (All Levels)
If you don’t like too much complexity, this is the class for you. User-friendly combinations along with body conditioning exercises to finish an effective and uplifting experience.
TOTAL BODY with Hazel (All levels)
All over fast pumping, body toning workout with steps and floor exercises to finish.
ZUMBA with Lorna (All Levels)
Hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout – fun and easy to do. Add some Latin flavour and you’ve got Zumba!
ZUMBA with Michelle (All Levels)
A great midweek class -fun and easy to follow dance routines with a unique Latin flavour.
JHOOM with Becky (All Levels )
A vibrant, energetic, bollywood style zumba/dance class.
SENIOR ZUMBA with Sharon (All Levels)
Just as much Zumba fun, but a little bit slower! Fabulous easy to follow dance routines to some great music.
ZUMBA CONDITIONING with Michelle (All Levels)
New class combining a dynamic workout with a Latin flavour!
HEAD to TOE CIRCUITS with Alison (Level 2)
An hour working the whole body, with a mixture of stations including Swiss Balls, Weights, Body Bars and Bands. A fun class addressing cardiovascular fitness, balance and body sculpting.
MAD CIRCUITS with Alison (Levels 2/3)
At each circuit station individuals work at their own pace, performing prescribed exercises using a variety of weights, skipping ropes, body bars, medicine balls and bench work to give all major muscle groups a great workout.
AEROBICS and BODY CONDITIONING with Andrew (Levels 2/3)
Everybody welcome to this fun, uplifting Aerobic and body conditioning class.
BODY SCULPT with Andrew (Levels 2/3)
A fast moving midweek session to tone the whole body.
BODY POWER CIRCUITS with Alison (Levels 2/3)
An all over body workout for men and women who like to go the extra mile!
STEP with Sharon (Levels 2/3)
Step and body conditioning.
AMOR Buggy Circuit
Our AMOR Buggy Circuit Classes are designed specifically for Mums.
All you need to get started is:
You,
Your Baby and
any kind of Buggy.
Our 60-minute Workout incorporates intervals of functional body-toning exercises AND targeted exercises for your abdominals and core to help you to get back to your pre-pregnancy shape.
Lorna pays close attention to each Mum’s postpartum needs to ensure that the exercises are both effective and safe for every participant.
Want to rediscover your body and strength?
Our Buggy Circuit Classes provide an opportunity to catch up on the latest ‘Mum’s Health’ news, ask questions and share stories with other new Mums – whist also getting a great Outdoors Workout with your baby.
Classes are held on the track and cost £5 each, or book 10 sessions for just £45
After your Buggy Circuit class, please come and enjoy a complimentary regular tea, coffee or herbal tea in our Café or Coffee Retreat and meet up with other Wodson Park new mums.

Weekday Crèche
At Wodson Park, we know that having a crèche that you can trust, can make or break your enjoyment of your visit. Our Pay as You Go Weekday Crèche is
open every morning (Monday – Friday)
from 9.15am - 11.15am
and has long been an invaluable resource for those who want to take part in our most popular Fitness classes.
You don’t have to book a Weekday Crèche place in advance!

We have special reduced prices for siblings.
Wodson Park Members who purchase a Monthly Value Ticket for our Fitness Classes can also buy a Monthly Crèche Ticket for just £20.
