Guide to our current Wellbeing Classes
We offer a wide variety of Wellbeing classes, so whether you are just starting out, an expert, or something in-between, we have a class for you!
A short description of each of the classes within our current Wellbeing Classes programme is listed below - we’ve graded our classes to help you to decide which class is right for you:
All Everyone
Our Wellbeing instructors will suggest programmes to suit all abilities
1. Beginners
Suitable for those new to Wellbeing classes
2. Intermediate
Suitable for regular Wellbeing class participants
3. Advanced
Suitable for experienced Wellbeing class practitioners
EEZY-PEEZY TONING with Natasha (Level 1)
A class for those who prefer non-impact exercises. Includes stretches for flexibility and balance, and toning exercises to improve all over body shape – helping you to acquire firmer buttocks, flatter stomachs and more shapely hips and thighs.
PILATES with André (All Levels)
A combination of strength, flexibility, balance and concentration exercises to improve your core stability.
PILATES ON THE FIT BALL with Andrew (All Levels)
A class for those who prefer non-impact exercises. Lots of core strength and whole body exercises on the fit ball.
BEGINNERS AND INTERMEDIATE PILATES with Becky (All Levels)
A combination of strength, flexibility, balance and concentration exercises to improve your core stability – deep abdominal and back muscles to improve posture, tone and endurance of your muscles, as well as reducing stress and re-occurrences of back pain. Performed mainly on floor mats to calming music.

YOGA [HATHA] with André
(All Levels)
An hour and a half focusing on relaxation, posture, breathing and flexibility to enhance energy levels, reduce tension and calm the mind to create a sense of inner wellbeing.
YOGA with Mel and Emma (All Levels)
An hour focusing on relaxation, posture, strength and breathing to enhance energy, reduce tension and calm the mind to create a sense of inner wellbeing.
FITNESS YOGA with Mandy (All Levels)
An hour of all the usual yoga moves but incorporating cardio fitness – a great low impact class.
(All Levels)
An hour and a half focusing on relaxation, posture, breathing and flexibility to enhance energy levels, reduce tension and calm the mind to create a sense of inner wellbeing.

T'AI CHI with Kim(All Levels)
A graceful form of exercise that's ideal for stress reduction.
Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi
promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Because its
low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints it is generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.

Weekday Crèche
At Wodson Park, we know that having a crèche that you can trust, can make or break your enjoyment of your visit. Our Pay as You Go Weekday Crèche is
open every morning (Monday – Friday)
from 9.15am - 11.15am
and has long been an invaluable resource for those who want to take part in our most popular Wellbeing classes.
You don’t have to book a Weekday Crèche place in advance!
